Sinara E-Journal System is an integrated, open-access digital journal publishing platform that operates using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) as its core editorial management infrastructure. Developed and managed by CV Widya Bestari Kreasi, this system represents a commitment to strengthening the national scientific publication ecosystem through a framework that is accountable, transparent, and technologically driven.
As an umbrella journal system, Sinara E-Journal System serves as the central portal for a range of multidisciplinary scholarly journals covering diverse fields such as science, technology, education, social sciences, humanities, and cultural studies. Each journal under this system adheres to recognized national and international standards of publication ethics, including those outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
Utilizing the standardized OJS workflow, the entire manuscript management process—including submission, initial screening, reviewer assignment, double-blind peer review, author revisions, and final publication—is conducted systematically and digitally archived. This structured workflow not only enhances the efficiency and integrity of the editorial process but also ensures traceability and open access to published research outputs.
Sinara E-Journal System also functions as a centralized hub for metadata management, indexing, and interoperability with various scholarly databases, both nationally (e.g., Garuda, Sinta, Arjuna) and internationally (e.g., Google Scholar, Crossref, Dimensions). The system is also designed to support the growth of emerging journals, provide editorial and technical training, and facilitate continuous quality improvement in scholarly publishing.
